If your complaint has been accepted, whole complaint procedure is on our side. Our team is responsible for pick up defected item, arranging transport and sending a new product.
Complaint procedure is based on 4 simple steps:
- Report defected item by e-mail:
info@uptrendceramics.com
On the report we would like to receive:- Invoice number;
- Detailed video of a claimed item;
- Pictures of defected item.
- Within 48 hours our team will respond for complaint and try to offer the best solution.
- If we accept a complaint, we will send courier on our cost to pick up the defected item.
- In the next step, we send a new product to your company on our cost.
UPTREND is a real manufacturer. We supply on the market only GRADE A ceramics. Please check production standards of our ceramics.
