If your complaint has been accepted, whole complaint procedure is on our side. Our team is responsible for pick up defected item, arranging transport and sending a new product.

Complaint procedure is based on 4 simple steps:

  1. Report defected item by e-mail:
    On the report we would like to receive:
    • Invoice number;
    • Detailed video of a claimed item;
    • Pictures of defected item.
  2. Within 48 hours our team will respond for complaint and try to offer the best solution.
  3. If we accept a complaint, we will send courier on our cost to pick up the defected item.
  4. In the next step, we send a new product to your company on our cost.

UPTREND is a real manufacturer. We supply on the market only GRADE A ceramics. Please check production standards of our ceramics.
